Grilled venison loin.Excellent summer dinner
 

Grilled up some venison loin this evening for dinner.Seasoned it with adobo,and put it on the fire(cooked medium rare of course).Sauted' some portabella mushrooms,cooked up some yellow squash mixed with onions and bacon until tender,and served it up.Damn good is all I can say.Included a picture of the buck that contributed to this fine meal.

That looks good!!! My personal favorite is deer fajitas, I just had venison dogs for lunch. All this talk of deer make me wish it was bow season!
