Hey look some kid let his balloon go and it landed in that tree, "Ill get it down for him!"

Pigeons? Lol strange.

Appears they are shooting some living creatures as you see them fall. But very strange indeed since they appear to be using shotguns and those pellets will rain down on something or other in the city.
