New property and deer hunter
 

I recently received an invitation to hunt a 600 acre farm. I have only hunted small game before, but I have been anxious to try deer hunting. I got a bow from a friend last year, but I don' t know where to begin for getting the rest of the gear I will need to get started. Any recommendations for a good resource to put together a list of " essentials" and " non essential, but highly recommended" ? I' ll probably need most things from boots, to camo, to scents,etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Start reading the post that have been made on this forum. All of those topics have been covered in the past 6 months. Support your local pro shop. Let em know what you have to spend and they will fix you up.
