I won a bow!
 

I've been saving for a bow for a few months now and am (was) pretty far away from making the purchase, but a few nights ago, I won one in a drawing! I don't know if I would have chosen this bow on my own (because I wasn't looking at Mission bows at all), but I will chalk it up to this bow choosing me.

It's a Mission Ballistic with a Trophy Taker rest, Vibracheck stabilizer (looks to be the G3), paracord weave wrist strap (unsure of make...and are they called a wrist strap?), 3-pin sight with level and miles of fiber optic cable (unsure of make), and they put a violet light on top of the sight.

I'll be going to the shop soon to get it set up, get some lessons, some arrows, release and all the rest. That money I have saved is going to come in handy!

Very psyched and super blessed. Can't wait to start punching holes in one those big heavy blocks!

Gongrats on the winnings! Archery is an excellent sport. Once you get profecient it is a cheap way to keep your shooting skills up. Theraputic to say the least.

Congrats. You are doing the right thing by getting it set up at an archery shop. They can get it fitted to your measurements and draw weight. HD.

Congrats on the bow thats pretty awesome. I heard great things about mission. Since Mathews makes them they gotta be good.
