problems with rangefinder

I have a bushnell yardage pro rangefinder, and the otehr day i went to shoot a range and i got Er6 instead of a range, i searched the bushnell site and the manual all over and found nothing to tell me what this means, can anybody help me?

I tried to contact Bushnell for you but they' re closed sat & sun. They are open M-F 8am-5pm Central time their phone number is 1-800-423-3537. I' m sure they could explain the problem. Good Luck

Bummer man:( Wish I could help. I' ve been using the same rangefinder for 3 years and have never seen that. Good luck hopefully it isn' t serious.

I have the 500 and am in my second season with it and I have never seen it eithte.
