RE: Tune your broad heads, fixed and mechanical
Just keep ' bending' your tips the direction they need to go untill they are spinning true. What exactly do you mean by " bend" ?? [:o] |
RE: Tune your broad heads, fixed and mechanical
Ummmmm What exactly do you mean by " bend" ?? Normally all one needs to do is realign the insert...can' t see bending a perfectly straight broadhead. |
RE: Tune your broad heads, fixed and mechanical
Yeah me too!? Bend what?[:o]:D

RE: Tune your broad heads, fixed and mechanical
I can' t think of anything on my bow or any of my arrows that I want " bent"
I feel safe saying this...........even though I didn' t check with 5star first.......there are better ways to tune a broadhead that wobbles then " bending" it. |
RE: Tune your broad heads, fixed and mechanical
I hope I " bend" a few broadheads this year from burying them in the ground 20" after punching out both air bags on a nice buck :D

RE: Tune your broad heads, fixed and mechanical
This is something that I am curious about. Mathews FX has given an idea on how to tune your broadheads, but I really don't understand what he is saying. Does anyone else have any suggestions for a begginer?? And do you have to tune the mechanical broadheads?? I was told that there are some that you don't.

RE: Tune your broad heads, fixed and mechanical
Yeah, Keep switching broadheads from arrow to arrow, and interchange broadhead parts if your using that type of head, until your arrow spins TRUE..
Works for me... |
