Late season buck!

Shot this buck tonight in northern Wisconsin on public land. Missed him at about 45 yards, and for whatever reason he did not spook and actually turned and walked towards me, ended up getting a 15 yard shot. Put a Slick Trick right through his heart, he took a couple steps and fell over.

Congrats, how big was he body wise?

I did not weigh him, not a huge body...I would guess around 125-135 lbs field dressed

Thats a nice deer congrats. Those are hard to come by up there. Hopefully killing some wolves will help for next year.
