RE: Too late to scout?
 

No get in there and scout. If would have been better to scout sooner, but you had no control over it. A couple of suggestions though:

1. try not to walk through much tough stuff where you are going to make a lot of noise and possible drive deer to the next county.

2. Where rubber boots and try not to touch too much

3. Try to find a spot where you do not have to clear lanes. It is too late for that.

4. Only scout one day. Don' t go in there more then once before the season.
