I'm from ontario and most wmu's here (wildlife management units) only get 1 deer, and you have to go into a lottery to get an anterless tag. Some units do offer extra tags for archery only seasons and stuff and its on a first come first serve basis and there is usually only 100 tags so they go fast. But ya for the most part we only get 1 deer.
