doe in estrus scents

Default doe in estrus scents

was looking to put some in a scrape from last year. is it too early? this is a spot that i dont hunt because its to close to a road. i like too monitor it just to see whats in the area.

Yep, way to early for estrus. Wait until the last week in October thru min November. Use something for dressing up a scrape (Doe Pee) like Tinks Mock Scrape.

use doe pee or buck pee right now, don't use the estrous until later this month or into november.

It's not too early in some parts of the country, just depends upon if you have a hot doe in the area.....

Bucks are already laying scrapes down here in Carolina..

Have you got any hot does???

no hot does yet. i was just hoping to entice some bucks into a scrape. like i said i dont hunt this particular spot because its to close to a road. i like to monitor the scrape though to see what there is though.

Way too early, I think you'll spook the deer more than anything. They don't expect a doe to be in heat yet so they'll start to be more cautious than anything else.

Notice the guys saying no are up North, where the rut swings in later...

If you have does with black hocks, they are in so it wouldn't be too early...
