Looks like you had a great season! Congrats. That 10pt looks like he caught a broadhead across his face?

Default 2012 buck chester county PA

Hey everybody I'm new to this website but am glad I joined and am looking forward to hearing some stories and maybe even learning a thing or two. My buck hunting story this year was short and sweet had been hunting my usual spots all season watching the woods and waiting for the rut to get going. I almost always tag out in the last two weeks of november. So sat. Nov. 3rd rolls around, sunrise is at 7:05. I'm sitting in my climber ready to go by 6:20. At about 7:15 I'm sitting down just starting to see the woods clearly and I hear a few footsteps behind me getting closer!!! I look back see he's a shooter stand up fast, didn't even have time to turn on my pin light it happened so fast. He walks right under me, I pull back put my 20 yd pin on him and let her rip. I hit him good he jumps runs 10 yds and stop's he start's to walk away but starts to wobble. Within 5 mins he fall's, rage broadheads really do the trick for me. I was out of my tree with bloody hands by 7:50 haha it was a fast morning!!! But here he is 7pt his left side is pretty crazy looking not my biggest buck but he's got some character for sure dressed he was about 180 big body, nice rack as well his right G2 is 9 inches long!! having trouble trying to figure out how to post the picture of him with this post (how do I do it haha)

took my first deer/buck with my new set up and for first time in a ground blind. not the biggest buck in the woods but have not seen any shooters and in NY got 2buck tags and 2 DMP tags i can take doe on and get back a either sex tag so took him down... got warm too now.. droped second deer/mature doe this past sat. she only went 50yrds. 1/4away shot came out perfect right in middle of opp shoulder. donated her to feed the hungry and my DMP tag is now a either sex tag mathew's Heli, blue streak max arrows, grim reaper (first time using them..really like them!) bow at 68lbs.

I shot this 10 pointer in South Central Wisconsin on 11/1/12. The rut was heating up at that time.
