One big thing you miss when you get out of the military is comradery. That feeling has been with me since 1995 when I got out. I want your boy to know that he is amongst buddies who have his six here.

Great job! Could not be happier for anyone else I've heard of. Let the Backstraps begin the slow cook and celebrate a great hunt with a great meal. Welcome home Soldier!
