Bear Whitetail II Back in 1980, Never killed with it. Got out of hunting, got back into it and got a PSE Gamesport, killed my first deer with it.

Indian Compound Bow in 1986. I handed it down to my nephew in 2004 and he is still using it to deer hunt with. I never killed anything with it and neither has he.

My first Bow was a Bear Whitetail Hunter. Bought it about 1979 or 1980 at Wal-mart with no thought to draw length. Shot it with fingers and no sights and actually managed to kill 2 deer with it. Things sure have come a long way since then.

My first and only was Hoyt Havoctec in 2004. It is the best bow i have ever shot. I was going to get this years Hoyt Carbon Element but i love my havoctec too much.

Herters pro hunter recurve. 1978. 58lb @28". Still have the bow and still kill deer and hogs with it.

PSE Phazer II. I still have it but would be afraid to pull it back now. It was slow but very quiet. I killed 12 deer with it before I moved on. Believe it or not you don't have to have a bow shooting 350 fps to kill one.
