I bought a new lock on from Summit this year called a headhunter lite. I have tried just about every lock on made by every manufacturer out there and this stand is the best by far. This stand is by far the easiest and quitest stand to hang that I have ever owned. I hung a total of (4) lock ons this weekend varying from a cheap steel model from Strongbuilt to a Gorilla baby kong, to an API original lock on. The Summit was much easier to hang and was 100% rock solid. My buddy who is new to this type of hunting even commented on this. Once the stand is in place and the bottom support strap was in plac, no matter how i tried, it would not shift or squeak. This will be the stand of choice for me.

A hundred bucks at Bass Pro. Keep in mind that for years I refused to pay a lot of money for a lok on stand. The older I get, the more I see the benefits of light weight, ease of installation and stability. I promise you this stand has all of it. The seat seems like it will be very comfortable and it has a zippered storage pouch built right in.

Hmm....well little Lock on stands make me nervous...I have a Loc On treestand, and I have my climber, so I think I will keep packing around my climber until I get alittle older.

But definetly looks to be a good stand.

If you like that stand check out Lone Wolf. They have the same hanging system, a bow holder, and are self leveling. They are about $50 more but that money is well spent.

I agree with Troy....Check out the lonewolfs. They are super everything-quiet, light, and easy hanging!
