I was looking to get new arrows soon so i went online and it said arrow shaft with a number like 340. I looked at my arrows and they are 300 what does this number mean

What is your draw length, is the bow set @ 70#,65#...... That will determine what spine you need.

Draw length 26 inches 45 pound

does the spine matter that much

Think I may be in love with this.

I am also a 26 inch draw... When I was shooting @50# I used 500 with 100gr. tips... That gave me better penetration... That worked perfect for me...
