Pope and Young 65% let off rule

I was reading in the current issue of Bowhunter magazine about the 65% let off debate going on in the Pope and Young club wether or not they should change the rules of fair chase to allow bow hunters who shoot bows with more than 65%L\O into their record books.

I was wondering what you guys think about it. Should they change the rules or keep them the way they are? Also how much let off does your bow have?

My opinion is they should change them because it' s the person still has to make the shot. I shoot a 75% let off bow.
