I am just dying at this point. PA is another month away and I am ready to go right now. Clothes are washed and packed away in a scent free tub, bow is tuned and broadheads tested and sharpened.
I have shot every day for the past 3 weeks. Oct 4 can' t get here quick enough.

Ive got a bull elk hunt that starts Sept 12th. Im as ready as I can be. We set up the wall tent tonight to let it air out a little. Ive shot the heck out of the broadheads in the last month.
Hard to keep my mind on work at this point.

NO!!!!! I am not ready[]
Just came across some newly opened county land in a prime area.
Spent 12 hours last weekend walking it and getting my bearings.
I have lots of work to do with little time. And that damn honey-do list is getting long . Just want to set up 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 stands before the season Oct 1 and not hunt them until the rut - thats still 1.5 months away so I have a little lee way. Gonna go in and bust up their beds and wake the big boys from their slumber and set up real tight on them - gonna be some pressure comming down in these woods.
Damn ticks - gotta love this sport
But my other areas, well......they have been ready and waiting for a while now

I' m not ready yet...but will be within the next week or two. I have to take my bow and get the cam' s lubed, and a new peep sight put on today. Which ends up with me having to sight it in...but my sights have a adjustable bracket, so I' m not worried. I' ll be ready by the second week of October
