If the arrow blew up, it sounds like an arrow problem to me ... not a bow problem. The arrow blows up at the shot and then the bow is basically dry-fired, resulting in the "derailing". Make sure to bend/check all carbon arrows before firing them! One of the many reasons why I still shoot aluminum.

I work in a bow shop and set up these bows along with Mathews bear prime and a few others we have found the destroyer need a heavier and stiffer arrow we also have let now tech know the 30 draw on an insanity is truly brutal at 70 they have looked into and acknowledged ther is a problem at 30-70. Any thing up to it is a nice draw. I shoot a Mathews helim but have looked at getting a second bow maybe a Prime really nice stuff.
