Great looking job on the 2 bucks bud, that's amazing you've got them back already,up here your looking at a year wait! LOL, best of luck to you this coming season, will be tough to equal the feat!:party0007:. Maybe we'll get lucky and team up again some time in the future on another team here. Rocky |
Thanks Rocky! Unfortunately i'll be spending most of the hunting season in Utah for school. 2011 was a great season while im still in Wisco. Haven't looked into it, but maybe i'll get a chance to do some hunting out in utah, and i am planning on coming back in early november if at all possible for the rut!

No offense, congrats on your bucks and I know you are rightfully proud... But how were those bucks scored? Based on your measurements I'm thinkin they were measured about 20"-30" over actual. You aren't including the outside spread in the measurement in addition to the inside spread are you? A 145" 8pt is a HUGE 8!!!
Again, not trying to ridicule, just askin! HL |
Understandable, They weren't officially scored But i'm pretty sure they're very close to actual score.
Here are the 8's measurements. I just re-scored him to double check and heres what i got. Right side Left side main beam 23 1/8 22 4/8 g1 4 6/8 4 1/8 g2 10 11 1/8 g3 8 2/8 8 7/8 h1 5 5 1/8 h2 4 4/8 4 6/8 h3 4 4/8 4 5/8 h4 3 6/8 3 5/8 total : ***63.875 ***64.75 before spread : 128.625" Inside spread 16 Grand total: 144.625" Gross and 141" after 3.625 in deductions. Very close to the first measurements i got. |
No matter the Score..."Congratulations" on getting 2 very nice Bucks! ;)
