I guess I'm very fortunate to only have it happen a couple of times,once on private and public. The dogs running free have been my greatest frustration so far in my hunting career.

If you are walking and I see you or hear you then your trespassing.

Mostly I am disturbed in the later season from the dog runners letting their mutts run anywhere and have a few of them trespass trying to find their dogs.

I had a guy walk in and get his climber off his back before he realized no bird whistled like that. (private property)

I've walked up on a hunter or two on public, they took it pretty good. If they were on the ground, they would ask what I've seen...etc.
