BOWDACIOUS, I think it' s 7 or 8 if you hunt the extra doe season, and, get drawn in on one of the special hunts. Not sure though, stinkin' regs are confusing even for me (being an instructor).

In GA, you can shoot 12 total, but only 2 bucks. The rest must be antlerless. You could kill more by hunting on certain WMA' s, because the state provides it' s own tags on many of them. I don' t hunt on them anymore, so I' m limited to ' only' 12. I don' t think I ever shoot more than 4 or 5, but' s it' s nice to know I can.

Only one buck and it must meet the anter restriction regulation. Depending on which management unit you get permits it can be 3 doe or unlimited doe. I got 9 doe tags this year incase I get lucky. Thats in the Pa. State of confusion.orange bow hunters ,Can you believe it? New law bow hunters must wear 244 inches of orange in the bow season? Watch me. I dont think there ever was a bow hunter accident during any Pa bow season

In PA. you can take 1 antlered buck and 3 does-more does if you hunt in the special regulation areas where they usually issue unlimited tags.You can fill tags in any deer season be it archery,rifle or muzzleloader.

Here in CT, you get 4 tags free with your $16.00 archery license. Two antlerless tags and two of either sex. If hunting regions 11 or 12, you can get unlimited replacement doe tags if you take the head in. You don' t have to check deer that are taken by bow in this state unless you want the replacement tag. Otherwise, you just tag ' em and drag ' em.

I usually only take one or maybe two. It depends on how full my freezer is after I take the first one.

In my area in MN I can tag 3. 2 antlerless, and one buck

As a Resident in Saskatchewan, Canada over the counter we can buy the following tags per year.

1st Whitetail Deer Either Sex - All zones
2nd Whitetail Deer Either Sex - Northern Forest Zones
1st Whitetail Antlerless Deer - Northern Fringe, Forest & Urban Zones
2nd Whitetail Anterless Deer - Certain Urban Zones
1 - Either -Sex Mule Deer Archery only license - all zones

This year I have the ability to harvest all of the 4 whitetails listed above, as well 2 Mule Deer Anterless and one Trophy Mule Deer through the draw system in one particular zone. So if I choose to I can harvest a total of 7 deer in 2003.

Just to add a little more to the PA regs, in theory 3 doe tags are available, but this year it looks like few if any management areas will get that far. Most will be a low chance lottery just to get a 2nd doe tag. I' m lucky that I' m in one of the unlimited areas.
