Does this seem like a good value? I want to start this along with my stepsons but don't see myself spending as much as they have ATM unless I know it's something I'll keep doing. Ps don't know much about bow huntin except what ive read here and know if I get it I need to get set up for it. |

Eddie, all everything mounted on the bow and what came with the bow would be pushing 200 dollars new. I'm not real familiar with that particular bow but I think you did alright. Take it to a good bow shop and have them look it over. Hoyt as well as most bow companies offer a lifetime warranty on defects. Have it set to your draw length and a comfortable poundage you can draw and you should be good to start shooting. Most good archery shops should be able to answer any questions you have and help you get shooting correctly. Good luck and have fun.
