$50K possible fine + possible 1 yr. imprisonment?

I wish our state was this strict.

Whether it was his fault....or he simply put too much trust in his guide, I suppose we'll find out.

I saw the television show on which he shot the two animals. The kill seemed perfectly legal. I didn't know who he was until I read the above report but it seems he just put too much faith in his guide who seems to be relatively famous. Of course, no excuse but I certainly understand how it could happen.

Guy is busy, flies in, hunts and flies out, trusting his guide to take care of everything. As a former guide and outfitter, I had that happen many times. I would assume that will be his defense and I would guess the guide will get hammered and Lesnar will get his wrists slapped.

As far as some of the violations that happen both on and off the "famous person" circuit go, I regard that as minor.
