Finally!!

No work conflicts, no family conflicts, no Air Force conflicts. I can get in the woods for the first time this year!! Been tweaking my gear all week. Did the final packing Thursday night so that this morning I can be off and running without any delays.

As I come in the house I hear my 14 year old daughter say: "Dad, they decided to have a freshman field hockey tournment on Saturday." My mouth a gap, what to do....:sad:

Oh, well. They are 7-0 and my little girl has had 6 shut outs at goalie. And they are calling for 30 mph winds so probably not the best day to be in a tree.....

Just dropped her off to catch the bus. Having a quick breakfast and waiting for my wife to get ready so we can follow the caravan. Maybe after the tournament I can sneak out for a few hours this afternoon.
