Go to a pro shop , preferably one thats been around for a long time , talk to an old guy in there whos been at it for some years. the fitment of your bow is super critical , like shoes they have to be just right

my best advice for you, do what feels comfortable and be consistent. the other thing, and the most important, if you want to be accurate let the arrow release be a surprise.
