Home made Mount

I just finished making a mount from the Boar I shot earlier this year.
I was going to do a skull mount but when I retrieved the skull from the ant bed it fell apart on me[:' (]

So I decided just to pull the tusks and mount those.

Are you sure the boar didn' t have a wooden skull, & you put it on a termite mound?:eek:

I have some of those dermistid beetles that clean skulls. You have to be really careful because they will come apart easily, but with some time and patience you can glue it back together.
