New Broadhead??

I was talking to a friend of mine today and he told me he was watching television some time last week and he saw a commercial for this new broadhead. He said that it had 3 or 4 blades like a standard broadhead but that behind the blades it had a razor-ring. It was a circular razor that was made to create a hole in the flesh so that there would be more bleeding. Has anyone heard of this new broadhead? What' s the name (he couldn' t remember)?
Observations: It seems to me that this would really limit the penetration of the arrow, wouldn' t it? But if they did have the mechanics down and it flew and entered as well as a standard broadhead then it sounds like a interesting idea. I' ve not been shooting bow for very long but from what I hear the issue with broadheads is that the wound can close up and the bleeding can be slow & painful rather then a larger wound which would produce a quicker deat.

any ideas?

Two people who' s opinion I respect a great deal have actually used this head on game and won' t anymore. Lack of penetration is a big issue, and I have heard they are very loud in flight. I wouldn' t waste my time If I were you.
