Sheds from today

Found all of these today.7 total.A couple of good ones in the bunch.Especially the one in the center with the broken main beam and kicker off the G-2.That G-2 is 10 1/2 inches long.It was a good day in the woods.

ya need a flash light, and a burlap sack. ya wait at the bottom of the creek or nearest valley, shine the light in the bag, then have your dad and/or brother start at the top of the hill, shewing them down hill toward you. after they get 1/2 way, they will go back and get the truck to come and pick you up. remember to keep shin the light in the bag, and be real quiet and still..

Check south facing slopes and areas with oaks or whatever food source the deer have in your area. With the deep snows we had this season in CT,I found most all of these sheds right among the oaks.Areas of hemlocks mixed with oaks also seem to hold quite a few.Oh...and don't forget bedding areas.
