bad luck!!!!!!

well here it is. i started getting pics last summer of a buck with really awesome brows and have almost 300 pics of him through out the season. i hunted him hard and never saw him. after season ended i didnt hear of anyone shootin him so i was going to devote the whole spring in finding his sheds. sunday me and a buddy went rabbit hunting and walked over to a creek to skin rabbits and before we got to it my buddy said there is one of brows sheds I COULDNT believe it! while he was skinning i turned around and there was the other one!!!! we got done and i was on cloud nine. we stopped to show land owner which he always let me shed hunt(also where i hunt and got pics of him). he was looking at them and then said thanks and took them!!!! i am completly crushed now!! i even offered him money and nothing. he then said you can have them but cant hunt next year! what would you guys do?

That's the things you can run into hunting someone else's land.

I've always hunted land that someone else owns and have run into many similar situations. There is Not much you can do except stay polite and courteous to the land owners that you hunt on and respect their property.

Most of the time it will work out in your favor, but not always.

You just have to smile and move on :)
