Default Difference between these 2 arrows?

The beman ics hunter, and the hunter junior. Whats the difference? I know the juniors made for bows 40 pounds and under, but really whats the difference?

The hunter jr. is a far lower weight than most other ics hunters. http://www.beman.com/products/product/47 is for the hunter, and http://www.beman.com/products/product/70 is for the jr. don't try and shoot a jr in a normal bow, you don't want that damage

The junior and the hunter 500 both are 7.3gr pi, you can shoot the 500 with bows over 40# so it has something to do with how there made or a difference in material not sure though.
