Looking for whitetail rub/scrape advice

In Wisconsin the firearm season has come and gone. The chase part of the rut seemed a bit more subdued this season than many. I'm hoping rutting activity will continue through December.

I'm planning to set up a tent blind for the first time to stay warmer than up in a tree. I just came across a line of rubs at an edge where pine bedding meets mature hardwoods. At the intersection of 3 trails one of the trees is really shined up. The rubs seem fairly fresh but who knows.

Are rubs worth hunting this time of the season? If so, would adding a mock scrape there make sense too?

I would find the food sources and hunt there this time of the year.

I agree with Wihunter. Also, I personally wouldn't be putting a mock scrape out this time of year, just let them use what they're used to. Just my opinion
