Know-it-all hunters piss me off
 

So how many of you guys know hunters that think they know it all?!?! especially the ones knew to hunting! im friends with this kid and he is new to archery and he seriously thinks he knows everything and he hasnt shot a bow in his life. he is getting one for xmas. i just thought alot of you guys might have similar stories or problems, so share them!

Eh. You will have those type of people in everything you do. I've been hunting many years like alot of the guys on this site and even I don't know it all; in fact when I am not sure about something, I have a buddy that I call. Between the 2 of us, and the feedback from this site; knowledge or at least theories are rampant!

My advice is to just let it in one ear and out the other.

I know alot of guys that "think" they know it all. I just let roll off my back and laugh about it.:p

I have a friend that thinks he knows everything .I get a kick out of listen to him talk about deer hunting or fishing ,The thing is every deer he's ever gotten i helped him get told him where to go wish way there going to come in .But as soon as he gets it all i hear is how he got the deer .Same with fishing .He won't ask me to go fishing with him and his son because one time we were out fishing i was catching fish and he wasn't and he son told him he was going over to where i was to catch fish so i help him out and he caught 2 big bass .He ask his dad how come we never catch fish this big .T hat was the last time he ask me to go along . .

Just what would you like me to teah you grasshopper? I know what you are saying.I've had guy walk up to me at wal-mart and start telling me how I need to use this and that.The funny part was the guy finished by telling me he had been deer hunting for 10 years,but had never killed a deer.Great advice.Do the oppisite that he does.

Lol at the wal-mart of all places. I was at wal-mart and this kid asked me if he could use .44 ammo in a .44 rifle.
