Anyone tried this pendulum sight????

Have a Keller and like it plenty, but I' d like something with a pin that I can see better, longer. Looking at this one....

Description....

Impact Tree Top Pendulum Sight

Right Hand Only.

Any reviews?????

Thanks in advance.

Meat

I played with several types of pivotal sights in the past, but not within the past several years. However, I do know 2 shooters that won' t use any sight but a pivotal. They went through many until they stayed with the " SME SPIKE PENDULUM."

They swear it is the best of all the pivotals they have tried; which did include trying the " Keller," which they did not like.

Since I have not tried the " Spike," I personally can not say that I agree that the " Spike" is a good pivotal. Just passing some word.

I also use a Keller. And for the most part I like it. The one thing I don' t like about the keller is the noise. If I could find a pendulum that worked as good as the Keller but was quiet, I' d switch to it.

My freind uses the Impact treetop.Hes deadly with it-U have to remove the lite if u want it pope&young legal.Look at the toxonics sniper, thats what I shoot and like mine, it also has fix pins for the ground. They both have big sight windows which is a plus in low lite.

You can go with a savage tritium, gloes all the time AND P&Y legal.

For you keller users. Try a savage out, or anything else for that matter.

That was always the funniest part for me to endure a Jackie Bushman buckmaster show. The LOUD TWANGGG his keller made on each shot. The poorest advertising they could have had was not muting out that aweful noise!!

Thanks for the replies. I think I' ll give the Imapct a try.

As my name implies, I' m not a horn hunter, so P&Y legal is not an issue for me.

I looked at the Tox sight, but 99.999% of my hunting is from a treestand. In other words, the only shot I' d get from the ground is if I saw one in range walking in or out from my treestand. If I were a part time stalker, that would be the way to go.

Keller is a good sight and it can be quieted down considerably with some tinkering, but I just lose the pin too soon.

Thanks again.
