Go with the cough silencer. It was pretty hott item when it was released few years ago. You saw it on every hunting commercial and show.

I went out the other day, and I always have a cough this time of the year never fails, and it goes on for like a month. One thing I did last year on the day I shot my buck, was everytime I had to cough I just rattled real hard. I would wait as long as I could and then I would rattle and cough at the same time. Wouldn't you know it, hear come a buck... This year, I put on a ski mask and coughed into the inside of my jacket. The does that were 20 yards from me never even looked..
