Rain on your bowstring - does it affect accuracy??

I am bowhunting tomorrow and expecting light rain before lunch. If my bowstring gets wet, will my bow still be accurate?

My stand is exposed to the rain. I am debating on carrying my soft case for my bow up into the stand to keep it covered. Obviously this will limit how quickly I can respond to a deer walking in.

i believe that it wont. i have practiced in light rain before and it never effected my accuracy. you should be fine

your good to go, i've practiced in pouring rain. No difference in accuracy.

Just wax your string real good before you go out. It will help repel the water off of the string and you'll be good to go

No as long as u have a decent coating of wax u shouldn't run into any problems and a re-coat of wax should fix it up if it does get nasty from water.
