Magnus Stinger Buzzcut 2 or 4 Blades
Anyone have info or personal reviews of the Magnus Stinger buzzcuts? I want to try to use them next year and was just looking for some input. I Currently shoot 100 gr. G5 Strikers.
Thanks, BigBuck95:party0005: |
I love them,Stingers that is.After my son shot through his deer last year with a 2 blade stinger at 40# bow at 23" draw and stuck the arrow in a tree,I tried them on my arrows. They shot with my fieldpoints(of course my bow is very well tuned).
I purchased the 4 blade,150 gr buzzcuts for myself this year and they fly very well but I haven't shot anything as of yet. I also went ahead and purchased him the 4 blade stingers this year and he put another through a deer and buried the arrow in the ground.Only 41# and 24" draw length. Last years video and thread http://huntingnet.com/forum/bowhunti...-part-2-a.html This years exit wound gotta love this the fruits of the labor |
Magnus makes great head. I shot a deer complete pass thru. Then i sharpened it and killed another. Never used the buzzcuts, but next year i think i may give those a try. The plain stinger 4 blades are awesome though. The buzzcuts do look nasty, and ike i said i may try them next year if i run out of stingers. I use the 125 grain heads.

My son shot his 4 blade stinger what penetration 60lb bear bow arrow went in quartering hard caught part of paunch, liver thru both lungs out off shoulder deer made it 35 yds. Fly exactly like field pts bows are really well tuned but all six not a wobble to them with spin test awesome heads and guaranteed replacement if broke cant beat that
