Default Finally got one (my first deer)

Been hunting quite a few times this season, 2-3 days a week. Have seen some deer but no good shots. I got this little button buck this morning, 20 yrd shot. My climbing stand squeaked as I stood up, and was able to time my other movements with a plane flying over. Muzzy mx3 put him down just 50 yrds away with a double lung. First deer/ bow kill. Dressed it up and took it to the processor, excited about some jerky ..

Nice job man, congrats.
Alot better than me on my 1st deer. I was 12 and hunting with a
.270. Well this buck came running along the logging road and I made a perfect 20 yard shot, and he took off running. So I put the safety back on and took off running after him. Seen him laying down and when he seen me he got back up and took off running. I didn't realize he was going down to die so I shot 'em again and took off after him running. This happened once more before he died.
I laugh to myself every time I think about what I looked like.lol.
You'll have some good eating there for sure.
Good luck!

Yea unfortunately I tryed to harvest another deer, it was the exact same place/ shot. And he ran off the same way, the same direction, and I never found him, however that night it rained hard right after I got down out of the tree. And we were in the dark searching for him. Never found him, was a 4pt. I can tell ya I brought the smallest deer to the processor today haha, but it all tastes the same. Ive heard so many people tell me they hunt x amount of days and never see anything, let alone never get a shot with a bow, so I took it. Thanks for the replys.
