Advice on how to attack this property
 

Just walked out on this property today after looking like a promising area on topo maps. The west field is plowed corn and the east field hasn't been farmed this year so it is just grass. I entered from point E into the woods and noticed a very large bedding area at A. I continued to walk south after crossing the creek to the west side. There was tons of sign throughtout the creek bottom but i was unable to find a tree to hang a stand from until I reached hardwoods at point D. B and C are scrapes that i came across. I'm assuming that the deer bed at a and walk south in the morning, so i was contemplating walking in from the south from the road for morning hunts. What would you do? Fairly new bowhunter here looking for any advice. Thanks.

With a North wind I would come from the south and follow the creek bottom up to one of the best creek crossings I can find. I'd also take into consideration where I figure the does will be bedding. Get somewhere between the two. I'd run a drag line into the area and at first light I'd hit my bleat can a few times. Sit there all day if that's what it takes.

Where to start?
1. Find a tree along that creek bottom or set up a ground blind.
2. why if you believe the deer are bedding in the north would you think they would leave that area in the morn? They should be returning to bedding in the morn.
3, I would look for a stand site on the west border with the neighbors woods. Cruising bucks should travel thru there during the rut.
4. did you check the finger of woods in the NW? That could be a good bedding area near the north end.
5. If they are bedding in the north, enter from the north and set up along the creek bottom in the morning to intecept deer coming back to bed.
6. If the creek is big enough that the deer can't cross everywhere, look for crossings and set up on them.
