Default shot nice buck recovery in the morning

Shot a nice buck this evening probably about my nicest one so far, but I hit him back a little bit. He ran for about 30 yards and stopped tail tucked and then walked slowly. He made it 75 yards or so til I couldnt see him. Then not 5 min later I saw him coming back from where he dissapeared out of view. I dont imagine he will be far from there in the morning. I waited til dark and snuck out quietly hopefully I'll have some pictures to post tomorrow I know one thing it's gonna be tough sleepin tonight.

Good decision man, I'm glad to hear you decided to back out and come in later.

Ryan.

Well I finally found him about 5:30 this afternoon. I looked all day and I never gave up on him. As you can see the coyotes did get ahold of him. I went back and found blood crossing the road out of our woods. Luckily he left a good blood trail from that point on I think all together he probably went a 1/4 of a mile.
