Here is a picture of the exit would from a 2-blade Bloodrunner. I don't have a picture of the entry wound but it is much smaller. I switched back to Rage after shooting 2 does this season. I wasn't that impressed with the entry size and blood trails.

My father and i have shot rages and we have had multiple mechanical failures with the rages clean hits on two nice does and one basket buck and we never had a solid blood trail on any of them and we only found one of the three deer and now we are in the market for new broadheads. thanks for the pic!!!!!

the group of hunters i hunt with have had nothing but problems with the rages. they never stay closed and after losing a few deer with ****ty penetration and a crappy bloodtrail we switched to nap spitfires. ive had no problems with them. i tried the bloodrunners when they came out last year but they make a noise when fired.

poor shooting is all i can say. If you read the package the rages come in you will see that it states that you need to change the O-rings that hold the blades or your heads will open in flight. It's all in where you hit them. You say it was a good shot? well do you have footage that can prove that or are you just insisting that you are that good of a shot that theres no way that you didnt make a clean hit? a guy I hunt with and myself both shoot rages. I know that we both shoot very well and neither of us have lost a deer due to using rage broadheads.

not saying that i am dead on from 50 yrds every time but we did hit the broad sides of the deers. good blood on the arrows but no blood trails:(you would think that hitting behind the shoulder up or down on the deer it would atleast knick a lung or something im not saying rages are a terrible products just saying that they didnt work for us;(
