I sit unless I' m getting ready to draw or stretch.......Once I got my Summit Viper, I only have to stand to strech every 4 hours or so......It' s very comfortable.

Sitting most of the time. That' s why I' ve bought some of the more " butt-friendly" stands recently!

If its cold i like to stand up about every 15 min or so to keep my muscles from cramping up, and a couple times I may stand and draw my bow if things are slow. Otherwise, I ussually only slowly stand up if I think I see or hear a deer.

I sit just about all the time unless i have to stand to make a shot. I' ve had surgery on both knees so standing for a long period of time in a stand doesn' t work to well for me. I always practice both sitting and standing just in case.
