Silencing a Fred Baer Charge

I'm new to archery and bowhunting. I have a 2009 Bear Charge. Is there a way to make it fire less noisy? It's not too bad but anything I can do to make it quieter would be great.

What equipment do you have on the bow now? If you don't have them already - limb savers and an S-coil stabilizer should take out alot of the vibration.

Hmm I checked out the limbsavers on Cabelas but I'm not sure exactly where they go on the bow itself or how they work. Also there are the string leeches and stuff. Do you have a good link that explains how all this works to silence the bow? I need lots of pictures :) Thanks for the reply!

The limbsavers for the Charge go in between the splits in the limbs. String leaches/cat whiskers would also help. I've never messed with installing those as they have always come with every bow I've owned. Pretty sure if you search the site there's a how-to thread though.

THanks for the help man...I think I get it now. I'm going to look at getting an S-coil stabilizer, limbsavers and string leeches.

Check all the screws on cams, rest, sight, quiver, etc to make sure they are secure as well.

Just tried shooting without the quiver on and that seems to help some. Thanks for the tip I will check all my hardware.
