Default Opening Day Success: Doe of a lifetime.

We've had this doe on our trail cams for the past two seasons. This is the first piebald deer I've seen in person and luckily she came within bow range. Put the Rage in the cage and she only went about 50 yards.

Awsome man! Great shot as well!! I had a piebald and an albino at one time in the mid-late 90's that hung out in the area around my house. Never kille either unfortunately but have good footage. Glad u got to meet up with this one in bow range.

Nice!! Are you going to mount it whole, or have the hide tanned?

I'm having the hide tanned. I also kept the legs and I'm going to do something with them, I'm just not sure what yet. Unfortunately, my wife would never allow a full body mount in the house.

Got some more pics. It's truly amazing what Rage broadheads can do. That's a picture of the entrance wound, and it's no wonder she didn't make it very far.
