I need to change my perfume
 

So I was up a tree for an evening/night sit on a feeder.
The owner showed me the wild boars on his gamecam.
Two big boars +100kg, 4 sows with piglets and one old old sow.
I had a big male come in and smell the place up, he started coming closer but got bullied away by a big red deer stag who was testing his antlers ( 3 years old and already a 14 rack, the guy feeds them steroids I think...)
Then it got dark, pitchblack and for me a first, hunting in the dark.
I had a selfmade red light on my bow but I never used it before.
Around ten o'clock I get 4 one year old pigs in front of me and a sow. I slowly get up and pull back. I didn't see the big old sow behind my tree who was sniffing the bark. She snorts and all vanish before I can pick a spot.
I decide to pack up my gear and head back to the lodge.
I first bump in on a bigger stag crashing through the thick underbrush and then I get run over by the whole herd of deer and their fawns probably over 50 animals.
They all had a bigh laugh about the type of soap I use but I got an invite to a hunt on those stags in december....
I know manlaw states you'll need pictures and I'll hunt one day and take pics the next....
In the morning I ended up at 15m off one of those racks starting to roar....that made my day.

Sounds like a lot of fun. Have always wanted to hunt red stag. And changing your perfume is what it's all about, learning and becoming wiser. Keep us posted on your hunts and post pics.
