arrows
How bad will it hurt for 1 arrow vane to hit the bow when I shoot.
depending on how hard it hit... it could be bad. as in your arrow wont fly nearly as true as it should.
it might cause you to not be able to tune your bow correctly and may cause irregular arrow flight. I would fix that problem.
How bad depends on several things but it's never a good thing to have fletch contact. Where is it hitting? (riser, rest, cable) It will cause the arrow to kick wildly as it leaves the bow but should straighten out down range. Never the less, you need to correct it or you will have a hard time tuning.

It hits the riser it puts a ripple on that vane that hits
That is not a good situation, I would be fixing that. If you have one fletch hitting the riser something don't sound right. Either your rest is not in line with the string or your **** fletch is turned the wrong way. Whatever it is, it's not right.
had to move the rest to the riser more so that the arrow was straight when arrow was nocked the point was 2" off center. To see that I placed bow on a wall and measured the nock then the point to wall. This bow is a old martin lynx magnum

I use to shoot an overdraw and when I drew on a doe the broadhead just barely scraped the bow. I let her fly anyway and the arrow kicked out 2' to the left and cleanly missed the doe at 20 yards. The broadhead had turned rotated a little so I double checked the rest of the arrows after that. I no longer shoot overdraws or that bow.
