I'm thinking stuck up ones that hate America and run from fights. I might be wrong though. Never hunted France. But I know alot of Americans have hunted France, but that was for Germans.

Interesting, do fallow deer always have spots? Also, how small exactly are the roe deer?

Cool. Sounds like you have lots of different things to go bow hunting for. Wish I had choices like that....

Roe deer are the smallest, the max go to 30kg and about 1,2m high. Small horns with a spike in front and behind

The fallow deer come in a variaty of colours, some black, brown or light brown with spots. The darker they are the less obvious the spots are. They aren't wild, most of them are hunted in private parks or are escaped specimens.

The red deer I saw on my last wild boar hunt are getting huge. I saw a 3year old buck test his antlers on a small tree, he must have been a 14 or a 16 and that's big for only 3 years old.
The owner is giving them a special mixture of food.
I have an invite 12 december to shoot any deer. he has a herd of 50 hinds with fawns and 10 large bucks and 10 smaller spikes
