Went to check my camera today after work, and suprise it was stolen Had it locked to a tree with a camlock box. Someone now has a nice I40. Dirty rotten @#ck sucker.Wish I would have caught them in the act!

I thought I had mine stolen this weekend too...But later found it 20 yds away. Pulled pics from the card and found that "Mr. Black Bear" decided to play with it.

I know people are setting up and concealing cheap trail cams up on trail cams to aleast have some type of picture to go by

Sorry to hear that. I bought a cheap one this year for fear of the same thing. I actually had a Reconyx in my hand, and put it back. I'm glad I did, since I sleep better knowing I don't have $550 tied to a tree.

sucks dont it!!! Been there, done that! First couple weeks of the season, it seemed like I was hunting theifs just as hard as deer!

Man, that stinks! I have three in the woods right now. I try not to worry about them but I know that there are plenty of people that would walk off with them if they find them. I did get a picture of a guy looking at one of my camera's. Obviously he didn't take since I got his pic. I know the guy to. We had a good laugh about the picture!!

I hang mine 8' up a tree on a slight down ward angle

Yea I have to us a hadder to get the card
But it is both hard to see up there , tucked in a tree croch

And unless you are 7' tall or have a ladder
You will not be able to steal it
