My son just turned 12, 2 weeks ago.

Practicing at 25 yards.

The blob target has a broadhead (Magnus stinger 2 blade) on it,the other 3 were just field tipped.

He killed a 3 point buck last year with this bow and arrow combo.

I can't wait until my kids are old enough to take bow hunting (already take them on bird hunts). I say get him out as often as you can and enjoy that time! Good luck this season.
