slick tricks

That is quite literally a killer deal. If I didn't have 10 of those heads ready to rock, I'd buy another 3 of them. Hell, I still might.

Because some of us are nut cases. I'm one. I like to match every arrow to it's OWN broadhead. I swap back and forth and sometime just trash an arrow or a broadhead. Some of us seek perfection in arrow flight. "ALMOST PERFECT" is not what we seek. I used to shoot Thunderheads for years. When I did I had 24 heads. Now I shoot Shuttle T's. I have a dozen. Each has it's own arrow. When and if I shoot it at a deer it goes through the whole process all over. Shooting, turning, swapping or whatever. I can grab any arrow from the quiver or the dozen or so replacements and feel confident... it's a NUMBER 1.

Nope, not Masters.... Anal might be a better choice of words. BUT, if we shoot, we know it isn't the arrow we have to worry about. I usually buy arrows 2 dozen at a time. I enjoy playing and matching and grading them. The worst ones become practice arrows. The best get a broadhead(finally) and are set aside with new replacement blades in a quiver or an arrow box.

If you buy the slick tricks, keep in mind that the std. 1" heads will penetrate better while the magnums will cut a bigger hole. I prefer the std heads. A 1" 4 blade still cuts a lot of tissue and they penetrate a great deal better than the magnums.
