Default draw length

Shooting a nova with a 29" draw.

When I draw, my dead stop comes just a hair too far back. So when i get to my anchor i am in that mushey zone. I think there are a few ways to go but, being a newbie, I am not if they are viable solutions.

A shorter release? A shorter bow string? Have my bow adjusted down to a 28" draw? Maybe a thick pad on my grip? I don' t want to take my loop off.
Or is OK to to shoot from that mushy zone. I know that I like the feel of the full draw. As it is now, I have to think to pull it that last 3/8' s of an inch. I would rather
it happen natrually.

Default RE: draw length

My advise is to adjust the bow to 28 or 28 -1/2, and don' t bandaid the situation.

The proper DL will make a worlds of Dif. in shooting.
